This Special Meeting of the Borough of Highlands is called to give residents and individuals the opportunity to learn more about the non-binding ballot question on the November 5, 2024 General Election ballot regarding support by the Borough of Highlands to explore tax relief by adding Sea Bright to the Henry Hudson Regional School District. In attendance will be Highlands’ Professionals and the Highlands Borough Council.
