NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments on an application to the County of Monmouth under the Monmouth County Municipal Park Improvement Grant Program.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 7:00pm at Council Chambers in Borough Hall, 151 Navesink Ave, Highlands, NJ 07732.
The Borough of Highlands desires to obtain Monmouth County Municipal Park Improvement Grant Program funds for a park development project. The following project is being considered:
Recreation Infrastructure Improvements at Kavookjian Field (Kavookjian Field; Block 767, Lot 2, located at New Jersey 36 and Waterwitch Ave in Highlands, NJ 07732)
All interested parties are invited to attend and participate in the Public Hearing. Written comments on the proposed project should be directed to the Borough prior to the hearing date and time at clerk@highlandsnj.gov.
