NJAW’s qualified contractor, CDM Smith, started door to door canvassing in Borough of Highlands on Monday, October 5th, 2026. Door to door inventory assessments and scheduled inspections of water service line materials in Highlands will be ongoing and is expected to continue for the next few weeks. Attached is the Highlands service line material map which shows the area where inventory assessments are being performed. The team will be canvassing in census tract 8001.01.
