2024 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
Required registration and medical paperwork must be completed in its entirety to for your child to receive a registration number.
Make sure you have your child’s immunization records, medical card, the parent/guardian’s proof of residency, 50% electronic deposit, and a credit/debit card.
All forms must be printed and turned in, we will not be accepting any emailed registration forms or medical information.
