Submit a Construction Permit Application  

There are 3 ways to submit a Construction Permit Application:

1 ⇨ Submit an ONLINE Construction Permit Application

Applicants will be able to complete a Construction Permit Application online. Pre-completed Applications address the most common types of work. You may also choose our GENERAL Application, where you can customize based on your project. Construction plans may also be submitted online. However, plans sealed by licensed design professionals must be submitted to our office in paper form.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A ZONING PERMIT MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED. CONTACT THE ZONING OFFICER TO DETERMINE IF A ZONING PERMIT IS NEEDED.

2 ⇨ IN-PERSON 

Construction Permit Application Forms can be obtained at the Building Department or downloaded here.

3 ⇨ MAIL-IN

Fillable Construction Permit Application Forms can be downloaded here and mailed to the Holmdel Building Department at 151 Navesink Avenue, Highlands, NJ o7732
