Monmouth County Clerk Hanlon Advises Drop Boxes Are Available for Primary Election Mail-in Ballots
FREEHOLD, NJ – Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon is advising residents that drop box locations throughout Monmouth County are available for the return of completed mail-in ballots for the June 10th Primary Election.
The deadline to submit a mail-in ballot to an authorized ballot drop box is 8 p.m. June 10, 2025, on Primary Election Day. There are 35 drop box locations in Monmouth County:
- Aberdeen: Aberdeen Municipal Building, 1 Aberdeen Square
- Allentown: Allentown Borough Hall (front entrance), 8 North Main Street
- Asbury Park: Asbury Park City Hall, 1 Municipal Plaza (City Council Chambers, Bangs Avenue entrance)
- Belmar Borough: Borough of Belmar Municipal Building, 601 Main Street
- Colts Neck: Colts Neck Township Municipal Building, 124 Cedar Drive
- Eatontown: Eatontown Borough Municipal Building (rear entrance), 47 Broad Street
- Fair Haven: Borough of Fair Haven Municipal Building, 748 River Road
- Freehold Borough: Borough of Freehold Municipal Building, 30 Mechanic Street

Completed ballots may also be returned for counting either by regular mail or in-person at the Board of Elections Office at 300 Halls Mills Road, Freehold, by 8 p.m. on Primary Election Day.
