Job Opening: Administrative Assistant

The Borough of Highlands is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to serve in the position of Administrative Assistant.  Major duties to include providing administrative support to the Borough Administrator and senior staff, preparing correspondence, assisting in general office duties, planning meetings, managing calendars, organizing and scheduling appointments, and other assigned duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management skills.  The borough is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
